Please download and fill it out the Registration Form and send it to the WNGGA International Headquarters with proper payment as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate all registrants for each event, but some events are limited by space available. Registration forms will not be accepted by post past August 20th, but on-site festival registration will be available at the registration desk.

Admission to seminars and day-time programming is included in the registration fee and tickets to these events will not be sold. Seating in these events is on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Pre-registrants may pick up their packets, including name tag and tickets to events, at the Registration Desk. Banquet seating will be selected at specified times at the registration desk.

Registration desk hours will be:

• Wednesday, August 27th :  5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Thursday, August 28th : 10:00 am - 1:30 pm & 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
• Banquet Seating:  12:00 noon - 4:00 pm
• Friday, August 29th : 8:00 am - 2:00 pm  &  3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
• Banquet Seating:  12:00 noon - 4:00 pm
• Saturday, August 30th : 8:00 am - 3:00 pm & 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• Sunday, August 31st : 8:00 am – 2:30 pm & 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
