Enjoy a fully narrated coach tour of the city during our Chicago Highlights Tour, hosted by a Certified Chicago Tour Guide. Your guide will point out historic and significant sights. Drive along the lake for a breath-taking view of the skyline and Lake Michigan, and stop at Planetarium Point for pictures. You will discover why Chicago is called the Windy City and why its river flows backwards. You will see fabulous outdoor art, the stunning Millennium Park, the Magnificent Mile, and the landmark Water Tower that survived the Great Fire. You will also see the Robie House, the prairie-style house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, the campus of the University of Chicago and the area that was the site of the World’s Columbian Exposition. This special Coach Tour, hosted by a Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust guide, includes an intimate guided tour of the Wright Home and Studio plus a leisurely drive through tour of Oak Park and the local area including locations of particular interest. A stop in the gift shop is also included. Registration Deadline: Monday, June 16th.

$31.00 per senior (65 or older)**
Minimum: 14 passengers per tour
Maximum: 28 passengers per tour
**Price includes Wright Preservation Trust deposits, Wright Tour tickets and guide(s).

Tour A - Depart Doubletree Hotel at 8:30am, Return approx 12:10pm
Tour B - Depart Doubletree Hotel at 10:15am, Return approx 2:20pm
Tour C - Depart Doubletree Hotel at 12:30pm, Return approx 4:35pm

This is expected to be a very popular tour. Due to guest tour limits inside the Wright home and studio we can only offer up to a maximum of three tours. When registering for this tour, please select your tour priority preferences. Your preference will be honored if the prior tour minimum is met. Tour 3
Morton Arboretum Guided Coach Tour

The Morton Arboretum is an internationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to the planting and conservation of trees. Its 1,700 acres hold collections of more than 4,000 kinds of trees, shrubs, and other plants from around the world. Your chauffeured tour of the complete arboretum will be hosted by an official Arboretum Tour Guide. Tour includes a walking stop at the visitor’s center and gift shop.

The Arboretum was founded in 1922 by Morton Salt magnate Joy Morton. Arboretum grounds offer an oasis of magnificently tended trees, 14 miles of hiking trails, nine miles of roads, and 900 acres of natural areas including the prototypical, restored 100-acre Schulenberg Prairie.

Airport Transportation  ~ 
Between O’Hare or Midway Airports to The Doubletree Hotel - Oak Brook, IL

Both Chicago airports can be very busy and hectic places.  Simplify your transportation from the airport to Oak Brook by pre-arranging limousine transportation, through Viatas. It costs about the same as a taxi, and is much easier.

Prearranged Shared Shuttle Service:
O’Hare Airport - to or from (Each Way): $24.00 first person, $9.00 each additional (up to 4 per reservation.) Plus 15% gratuity.
Midway Airport - to or from (Each Way): $34.00 first person, $9.00 each additional (up to 4 per reservation.) Plus 15% gratuity.

Shuttle Restrictions:
1) Conference transportation requires prior reservations made in advance.
2) Shuttle rates incur a surcharge between 11:00pm and 4:45am and on Holidays.
3) Labor Day Holiday Rate surcharge is waived for the “North American Festival of Wales”
attendees.
